12月31日，达刚控股（300103）发布公告，计划通过自有资金及/或自筹资金回购部分人民币普通股（A股），回购价格上限为10元/股，回购资金总额不低于2000万元，且不超过4000万元，预计回购股份数量在200万股（占总股本的0.63%）至400万股（占总股本的1.26%），回购期限为自董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月。
2025年前三季度，达刚控股实现收入1.28亿元，归母净利润-2550万元。
