健之佳公告，公司近日收到实际控制人的一致行动人云南祥群的《关于增持公司股份的告知函》，云南祥群拟自本公告披露日起6个月内通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式增持公司A股股份，增持总金额5000万元，拟增持股份比例不超过总股本的2%，资金来源为自有资金及股票增持专项贷款。
