城地香江公告称，近日全资子公司云计算为城地启斯就农业银行借款签订《保证合同》，担保金额2.9亿元，为连带责任保证，未超年度预计额度，无反担保。因借款替换，在2025年度担保额度内，云计算担保额度由1.73亿元调至0，城地启斯由5亿元调至6.73亿元。截至公告披露日，公司及控股子公司对外担保总额48.90亿元，占最近一期经审计净资产的137.67%，无逾期担保。
