中化装备（600579）发布公告，公司的财务负责人李晓旭因工作调整于2025年12月31日提交辞职报告，申请辞去财务负责人（首席财务官）和首席合规官职务。
李晓旭原定任期到期日为2026年1月17日。辞职后，李晓旭仍将担任公司董事，且未存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
2025年前三季度，中化装备实现收入9.71亿元，归母净利润-2697万元。
