12月31日，中化装备（600579）发布公告，公司董事会决定聘任张驰为公司总经理，任期至第八届董事会届满时止。
张驰，1980年2月出生，曾任中化石油江苏有限公司业务部经理，北京市石油化工产品开发供应有限公司总经理，中化石油销售有限公司总经理，现任中国化工装备有限公司董事、中国化工装备（卢森堡）有限公司董事等职务。
2025年前三季度，中化装备实现收入9.71亿元，归母净利润-2697万元。
