纽威股份公告称，公司近日收到控股股东席超部分股份质押通知。席超将164万股（占公司总股本0.21%）质押给工商银行道前支行，质押期从2025年12月31日至2027年1月31日，为控制的公司融资提供质押担保。本次质押后，席超累计质押164万股，占其持股总数1.96%。截至公告日，公司控股股东及其一致行动人累计质押629万股，占公司总股本0.81%，质押风险可控，不会影响公司经营和控制权。
