中宏网北京12月31日电（记者 韩鹏飞）12月31日，国家发展改革委政策研究室副主任、委新闻发言人李超在国家发展改革委举行的12月份新闻发布会上介绍，12月29日，国家发展改革委牵头印发《关于2026年实施大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新政策的通知》。2026年的“两新”政策进一步优化了制度设计和实施方式。后续，国家发展改革委将推动政策平稳有序实施，让更多消费者和经营主体享受政策红利。
