新京报贝壳财经讯 12月30日，中信特钢发布公告称，公司全资子公司泰富科创拟以自有资金15.1亿元，收购广州空港持有的富景特100%股权。富景特控制的斯坦科集团是全球三大独立钢铁贸易商之一。本次交易完成后，富景特将纳入公司合并报表范围。
