财联社12月31日电，据央视新闻报道，美国财政部当地时间12月30日宣布，已解除对俄罗斯最大的国有商业银行——俄罗斯储蓄银行前首席财务官亚历山德拉·布里科的制裁。2022年2月，俄罗斯宣布对乌克兰采取特别军事行动；同年4月，美国宣布对俄罗斯储蓄银行等实体和个人实施制裁。
