财联社12月31日电，糖做成的晶体，竟然能“硬”到接近铝。一个国际研究团队发现，一种由糖衍生而来的有机晶体——黏液酸晶体，在力学性能上表现出极高的刚性，几乎与金属铝相当。这一发现刷新了人们对有机材料“不够结实”的传统印象，相关成果发表于最近的《化学科学》杂志。
