人民财讯12月30日电，根据中国国家知识产权局和欧洲专利局、日本特许厅、韩国知识产权部、美国专利商标局的共同决定，中美欧日韩五局专利审查高速路（PPH）试点项目将自2026年1月6日起再延长三年，至2029年1月5日止。申请人在试点项目下提出PPH请求的有关要求和流程保持不变。
