12月30日，法尔胜公告，公司为提升持续经营能力及抗风险能力，并为未来公司开展业务升级转型打下坚实基础，经与控股股东法尔胜泓昇集团有限公司协商，公司与其签订了《资产捐赠协议》，接受其向公司无偿赠与现金人民币8500万元。截至本公告发出时，公司本次受赠现金8500万元已全部到账，本次无偿接受资产捐赠事项预计将对公司的财务状况产生一定积极影响。
