12月30日，三达膜（688101）发布公告，公司全资子公司白城三达的银行账户资金2847万元解除冻结。
据悉，白城三达因与吉林省安基建筑集团有限公司之间的建设工程施工合同纠纷，白城三达的银行账户于2025年9月30日被法院冻结。截至本公告披露日，公司名下所有的资金账户被司法冻结资金已全部解冻。
2025年前三季度，三达膜实现收入11.56亿元，归母净利润2.98亿元。
