财联社12月30日电，美联物业发文称，回顾2025年楼市，在多项利好因素推动下迎来楼价触底反弹的一年，住宅交投显著上升，当中35屋苑过去一年交投升逾7%。美联物业分析师岑颂谦指出，综合美联分行资料显示，全港35个大型屋苑过去一年(2024年12月30日至2025年12月28日)合共录3358宗成交，较前一年(2024年1月1日至12月29日)的3128宗按年上升约7.4%，可见今年楼市交投向好。
