全球首套百万吨级MTO装置高标准交付 惠生工程铸就石化行业新标杆

2025年12月28日，广西华谊能源化工有限公司（“广西华谊能化”）100万吨/年甲醇制烯烃（“MTO”）装置的中交仪式如期举行。广西华谊能化董事长、党委书记梁泉涌，副总经理邢屹，项目副经理陆文俊，北京华夏监理总监刘国瑜，惠生工程行政总裁周宏亮、高级副总裁戚国胜及相关参建单位领导出席中交仪式。由惠生工程EPC总承包的全球首套百万吨级MTO装置以高标准、高质量正式移交业主，标志着我国大型化工装备制造与工艺技术应用迈入全球领先行列。

On December 28, 2025, the mechanical completion ceremony for the 1 million ton/year methanol-to-olefins (MTO) plant of Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (“Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical”) was held as scheduled. Chairman and Party Secretary of Huayi Energy Chemical Liang Quanrong, Vice President Xing Yi, Deputy Project Manager Lu Wenjun, Director of Beijing Huaxia Supervision Bureau Liu Guoyu, CEO Zhou Hongliang and Senior Vice President Qi Guosheng of Wison Engineering, as well as leaders of relevant construction units attended the mechanical completion ceremony. The world's first 1 million ton/year MTO plant, which was undertaken by Wison Engineering under an EPC contract, was officially handed over to the client with high standards and high quality, marking that China's large-scale chemical equipment manufacturing and process technology application have entered the global leading ranks.

MTO装置作为广西华谊能化三期项目的龙头装置，采用了霍尼韦尔UOP反应技术和惠生工程烯烃分离组合技术路线，是该技术的第12次成功应用。本装置不仅承担着为三期下游装置提供原料的重要使命，更是华谊基地整体规划、实现新质生产力的关键一环。依托先进的甲醇制烯烃工艺技术，必将助力广西华谊能化实现企业跨越式发展和石化产业的转型升级目标。

The MTO unit, as the leading unit of Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical's Phase III project, adopted Honeywell UOP reaction technology and Wison Engineering's olefin separation integrated technology. This was the 12th successful application of these technologies. This unit not only bears the important mission of providing raw materials for the downstream units in Phase III, but also is a key link in the overall planning of the Huayi base and the realization of new quality productive capacity. Relying on the advanced methanol-to-olefin process technology, it will surely help Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical achieve the goals of enterprise leapfrog development and the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry.

项目自2024年1月12日EPC总承包合同正式签署，3月4日现场施工全面启动，到10月12日安装工程有序推进，并于12月28日实现大件吊装重要节点；从2025年8月变电所成功受电，10月30日反再系统具备烘炉条件，到4780项“三查四定”高效销项，再到640项华谊集团中交专项检查问题的全部清零，最终实现今日的高标准交付，历时720个日夜兼程，每一个节点都镌刻着全体建设者的坚守与执着，每一份成绩都凝聚着大家的汗水和心血。

The project officially signed the EPC general contract on January 12, 2024. The on-site construction was fully launched on March 4. The installation project was progressing smoothly on October 12. The important milestone of large-scale lifting was achieved on December 28. From August 2025 when the substation successfully received power, to October 30 when the reverse and reprocessing system was ready for baking, to the efficient cancellation of 4780 "three checks and four determinations" items, and finally to the complete elimination of all 640 issues identified by the Huayi Group's cross-project inspection, the project was delivered to a high standard today. It took 720 consecutive days of hard work. Every milestone is engraved with the perseverance and dedication of all construction workers, and every achievement is the result of everyone's hard work and commitment.

在项目建设全过程中，我们始终坚守初心、勇担使命。设计上精益求精，联合业主开展多轮深度技术评审，完成13个核心技术方案的评审优化，既保障了工程合规性，更提升了未来运营效能；采购上严把关口，严格执行供应商准入与设备监造制度，联合监理完成1828余台套设备的出厂验收与现场复检，确保核心设备质量零缺陷；施工上守牢安全、严控质量，累计实现近 600 万安全人工时，创下无损检测一次合格率 98.45% 的优异成绩。我们用拼搏实干，诠释了“诚信、创新、进取、担当、尊重、共赢”的企业精神和责任担当。

Throughout the entire project construction process, we have always remained committed to our original intentions and taken on our responsibilities. In terms of design, we have been meticulous in our efforts, jointly conducting multiple rounds of in-depth technical reviews with the project owner, and completing the review and optimization of 13 core technical solutions. This not only ensured the compliance of the project but also enhanced the future operational efficiency. In terms of procurement, we strictly controlled the process, strictly adhering to the supplier admission and equipment supervision systems, and jointly completed the factory acceptance and on-site re-inspection of over 1828 sets of equipment, ensuring zero defects in the quality of the core equipment. In terms of construction, we strictly adhered to safety and quality control, achieving nearly 6 million safe working hours and an outstanding result of a 98.45% pass rate for non-destructive testing. Through hard work and dedication, we have demonstrated the corporate spirit and responsibility of "integrity, innovation, entrepreneurship, responsibility, respect, and win-win" and fulfilled our responsibilities.

The mechanical handover is not the end; it is a new starting point. Moving forward, we will fully cooperate with the client's unit, focusing on key tasks such as final item rectification, document archiving, and production connection. We will provide comprehensive service support throughout the process to ensure the successful first start-up of the equipment, the attainment of performance assessment standards, and ultimately achieve "safe, stable, long-term, full, and excellent" operation. With our actions, we will repay the trust and support of all parties.
