智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，12月29日，永升服务(01995)股东将股票由香港上海汇丰银行转入瑞银证券香港，转仓市值3.45亿港元，占比11.81%。
永升服务发布公告，2025年12月29日耗资33.81万港元回购20万股，回购价格每股1.68-1.7港元。
