12月29日，华昌达（300278）发布公告，拟以150万美元设立欧洲子公司，旨在支持公司海外业务发展战略并满足核心客户的本地化需求。该公司拟以Dearborn Holding Company, LLC的自有资金进行投资，子公司名称暂定为HCD Europ Co., Ltd.，注册地点位于德国慕尼黑，注册资本为150万美元，出资占比为100%。
2025年前三季度，华昌达实现收入17.79亿元，归母净利润1191万元。
