智通财经讯，英硅智能(03696)公布配发结果，公司全球发售9469.05万股股份，香港公开发售约占10%，国际发售占90%。发售价为每股24.05港元，全球发售净筹约20.26亿港元。每手500股，股份预计将于香港时间2025年12月30日(星期二)上午九时正开始在联交所买卖。
其中，香港公开发售获1427.37倍认购，国际发售获26.27倍认购。
