中国石油股份12月29日公告称，控股股东中国石油集团通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价方式增持本公司30,000,000股A股股份，中国石油集团全资附属公司Fairy King Investments Ltd.通过香港联合交易所有限公司系统场内交易方式增持本公司11,896,000股H股股份。本轮首次增持后，中国石油集团直接持有本公司150,412,363,193股A股，并通过其全资附属公司Fairy King Investments Ltd.持有本公司303,414,000股H股，合计持有本公司150,715,777,193股股份，约占本公司已发行总股份的82.35%。
