12月29日，獐子岛（002069）发布公告，和岛一号基金计划于本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，以集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过711万股，不超过公司总股本的1%。
截至本公告披露日，和岛一号基金持有公司股份5008万股，占公司总股本的7.04%。
2025年前三季度，獐子岛实现收入10.83亿元，归母净利润-3237万元。
