12月29日金融一线消息，苏农银行公告称，该行第七届董事会第十二次临时会议于2025年12月29日在该行东太湖办公大楼会议室以现场方式召开，会议审议并表决通过了关于吸收合并江苏张家港渝农商村镇银行股份有限公司并设立分支机构的议案。该议案尚需提交该行股东会审议。
