巴西经济防卫行政委员会（Cade）12月29日宣布无限制批准ABB与软银有关机器人业务的交易。今年10月，ABB宣布将其机器人业务单元出售给软银集团，企业估值53.75亿美元，不再推进此前拟定的机器人业务独立上市计划。
