12月28日，湖南一男子在展会上75一斤买的“手撕牛肉”，因喜欢吃清淡，把牛肉干放锅里焯水，捞出锅时发现“牛肉干”成“豆腐干”。
当事人称，“牛肉干”外包装配料表上写的只有牛肉跟食用盐，“当时还觉得配料表很干净”。
