12月29日，中炬高新（600872）发布公告，第一大股东火炬集团已于2025年12月26日完成增持计划，累计增持2272万股，占总股本2.92%，增持金额为4亿元。本次增持计划已在增持期限内实施完毕。
2025年前三季度，中炬高新实现收入31.56亿元，归母净利润3.80亿元。
