12月29日，华强科技（688151）发布公告，核心技术人员贺华山因达到法定年龄退休，离任后不再担任公司任何职务。贺华山间接持有公司股份40万股，占公司总股本的0.12%。
在贺华山的任职期间，他参与研究并获得授权专利26件，其中发明专利3件，所有权归属于公司，离任时不存在职务发明专利权属纠纷或潜在纠纷。
2025年前三季度，华强科技实现收入2.66亿元，归母净利润444万元。
