出入暖气房时,可在门厅稍作停留,让身体适应温度变化。外出时采用“洋葱式穿衣法”,内层排汗、中层保暖、外层防风。从室外回来不要立即靠近暖气,先搓热双手按摩面部。家中不同房间温差不宜过大,卧室可略低于客厅,保持在18-20℃最适宜睡眠。
