格隆汇12月28日丨中超控股(002471.SZ)公布，公司对合并报表范围内公司就涉税事项开展了自查，现将有关情况公告如下：
经自查，公司应补缴税款及滞纳金合计828.81万元，其中补缴税款572.36万元，滞纳金256.45万元。截至本公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已缴纳完毕，本次补缴不涉及行政处罚。
