近日，一网友在社交媒体发布视频，12月25日该网友骑车在一号线共康路地铁站附近，碰见一辆残障车侧翻后，驾驶人从驾驶舱出来后将车扶起来。据了解，《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第七十二条规定，非下肢残疾的人不得驾驶残疾人机动轮椅车。（东方视频 丁一涵）
