12月27日，霍震霆来到佛山三水董营村霍氏宗祠上香祭拜。当天他还来到由其父霍英东参与捐资筹建的三水华侨中学，向学校赠送签名纪念球衣并和学校女足队员合影。
前几日他和霍启刚郭晶晶被拍到带着三娃在广州游玩，此前报道称，27日他将出席省港杯超级足球邀请赛开幕活动。
