人民财讯12月26日电，振东制药(300158)12月26日公告，公司近日与海南隆门私募基金管理合伙企业(有限合伙)等共同签署《温州隆门汇鑫三号创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)合伙协议》。根据协议约定，公司作为有限合伙人认缴出资3000万元，出资比例为28.57%。该基金主要投资于生物医药领域。
