2025年1 2月8日14时50分许，孟某驾驶无牌二轮摩托车途经孝义市中和路与府前街十字口时被查获，呼气酒精检测结果为49mg/100ml。经查，其曾于2022年3月因醉驾受罚，且未取得机动车驾驶证，2023年8月再次饮酒、无证被查，累计两次酒驾“前科”。时隔一年再次饮酒被查，目前案件正在进一步办理中。
