海南琼海市公安局12月26日发布警情通报：
12月24日19时45分许，在琼海市嘉积镇金海路120号处，何某某 (男，28岁)因无证驾驶二轮摩托车，拒不配合现场执勤人员检查，强行驶离时刮碰到现场群众和执勤人员。在被警方拦停后，何某某故意殴打执勤辅警致其受伤，后被现场抓获。
经检测，何某某排除酒驾、毒驾，其因涉嫌妨害公务罪已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步办理中。
