《科创板日报》26日讯，日本半导体制造设备协会(SEAJ)公布统计数据显示，2025年11月份日本制芯片设备销售额(3个月移动平均值、包含出口)为4,206.7亿日元，较去年同月增加3.7%，连续第23个月实现增长，月销售额连续第25个月突破3,000亿日元，并连续13个月高于4,000亿日元，创下历年同月历史新高纪录。
