12月25日，博世科（300422）发布公告，自2025年7月29日至2025年12月24日，公司及子公司发生的诉讼、仲裁事项累计金额为1.64亿元，占公司2024年度经审计净资产的12.50%，上述诉讼已结案金额6824万元。
其中，公司或子公司作为原告的诉讼、仲裁案件涉及诉讼金额4962万元，已结案金额为3569万元；作为被告的案件涉及诉讼金额1.14亿元，已结案金额为3256万元。
2025年前三季度，博世科实现收入15.12亿元，归母净利润-2.12亿元。
