人民财讯12月25日电，为进一步加强商品条码管理，国家市场监督管理总局研究起草了《商品条码管理办法（征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见。其中指出，商品上应当使用对商品承担质量责任的系统成员的商品条码。委托他人生产的商品，应当使用委托方注册的厂商识别代码和相应的商品条码，并明示委托关系。
