北京能源国际(00686.HK)公布，于2025年12月24日，北京京云(公司全资附属公司，作为发包方)与中建二局(作为承包方)订立PC合约。根据PC合约，中建二局将向北京京云提供PC服务，以建设PC项目。PC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币1.36亿元(含税)。PC项目位于中国北京市密云县穆家峪镇的光伏发电项目，总计划建设容量为60兆瓦。
