张迪平（1942年生），祖籍浙江温州。1965年毕业于上海市美术专科学校本科中国画系。现为上海中国画院画师，一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，上海市文史研究馆馆员，曾任上海大学美术学院客座教授、华东师范大学兼职教授、上海交通大学思源书画艺术研究所副所长。
