12月25日，ETC助手宣布基于腾讯混元大模型推出ETC领域首款AI智能体“助手Agent”，用户通过文本或语音发出指令，智能体理解并高效执行，官方称内测以来问答准确率达95%，问题解决率达90%。据悉，ETC助手小程序已服务超1.54亿用户，月活达百万级。
