观点网讯：12月24日，据美联物业研究中心综合土地注册处资料，今年(截至12月23日)香港整体物业(包括一手私楼、二手住宅、一手公营房屋、工商铺、纯车位及其他等)注册量已录得78,948宗，较去年全年67,979宗高出约16.1%；期内整体物业涉及的注册金额录6,006.6亿港元，亦较去年全年5,341.4亿港元高出约12.5%，无论注册宗数抑或金额均同创4年新高。
