2025年4月，古浪县市场监管局对某卤肉店生产经营的卤肉进行了抽样检验，检出日落黄项目不符合GB2760-2024《食品安全国家标准食品添加剂使用标准》要求，检验结论为不合格。依据《甘肃省食品小作坊小经营店小摊点监督管理条例》第四十条，古浪县市场监管局对该卤肉店作出没收违法所得1048元、罚款2000元的行政处罚。
