12月24日，赣粤高速（600269.SH）公告称，2025年11月18日，公司收到江西省交通投资集团告知函，经江西省人民政府同意，江西省交通运输厅将其持有的江西省交通投资集团90%股权无偿划转至省国资委。近日，江西省交通运输厅与江西省国资委已就本次实际控制人变更签署无偿划转协议。公司实际控制人变更为江西省国资委，江西省交通投资集团后续将办理工商变更登记手续。
