当地时间12月24日下午，柬埔寨代表团已抵达泰国尖竹汶府，参加泰柬边界总委员会会议。
泰柬双方在会议上将就停火问题进行磋商。
12月7日起，柬泰边境地区再次爆发激烈冲突。双方均指责对方“先开火”。冲突已造成百余名民众死伤、数十万人避难。
