12月24日，骆驼股份（601311）发布公告，控股股东一致行动人湖北驼峰投资有限公司将其持有的5000万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的33.25%及公司总股本的4.26%。
截至公告披露日，上述股东及其一致行动人累计质押股份1.2亿股，占其所持股份的29.70%及公司总股本的10.23%。
2025年前三季度，骆驼股份实现收入121.42亿元，归母净利润6.19亿元。
