12月17日，融创中国公告称，公司预计重组生效日期将于2025年12月23日或前后落实，惟须重组条件获达成或豁免。
于重组生效日期落实之日，公司约96亿美元的现有债务将获全面解除及免除，作为代价，公司将根据计划条款于重组生效日期向计划债权人发行强制可转换债券1及强制可转换债券2。（来源：中房网）
