人民财讯12月24日电，万德斯(688178)12月24日公告，公司中标芜湖市天门山污水处理厂三期扩建工程特许经营项目，投资金额约3.8亿元，项目采用BOT（建设-运营-移交）的特许经营模式，特许经营期限40年，其中建设期限拟定不超过12个月。
