监守自盗，南京博物院真发生过。
1993 年，浙江官媒报道过一桩南博真事：当年，23 岁保管员陈超，利用自己看库房的职务便利，一年多时间里，分 9 次从库房里偷走了 19 件文物，其中有二级文物“明人肖像册页”、三级文物“清乾隆青花釉里红碗”等。
然后 陈超将其倒卖，获利3万多。
1993年，陈超因盗窃罪被判死刑。
