财联社12月24日电，据CCTV国际时讯，利比亚民族统一政府总理德贝巴当地时间12月23日晚表示，他已接到关于利比亚军队参谋长穆罕默德·阿里·艾哈迈德·哈达德遇难的消息。据土耳其内政部长耶尔利卡亚证实，载有哈达德的飞机当晚在土耳其首都安卡拉南部地区坠毁，飞机残骸已被找到。
