新锐医药(06108)发布公告，配售协议所载配售事项条件已获达成及于2025年12月23日根据配售协议的条款及条件完成。合共3343.2万股配售股份(占紧随完成后于本公告日期本公司已发行股本约16.66%)已按配售价每股配售股份0.225港元配售予不少于六名承配人。配售事项的所得款项净额约为740万港元。
