12月23日，据中国人民银行上海总部消息，按照人民银行、发展改革委、财政部、证监会联合发布的《信用评级业管理暂行办法》，因上海资信有限公司（统一社会信用代码：91310101134656507D，全球法人机构识别编码：300300GZ6THO07SEVR16）申请不再从事信用评级业务，我行决定注销该公司的信用评级机构备案。
