12月23日，辽宁成大（600739）发布公告，公司于2025年12月19日在全国银行间市场发行规模为7亿元人民币的中期票据，票面年利率为3%。本次中期票据的募集资金已于2025年12月22日全额到账，主要用于偿还公司存量有息债务。
此次发行的中期票据期限为三年，到期日为2028年12月22日，主体评级为AA+。
2025年前三季度，辽宁成大实现收入81.14亿元，归母净利润13.65亿元。
